II World Forum on Local Economic Development

The 2nd Forum brought together 4,000 delegates from local, regional and national governments, multilateral organizations, academia, the private sector, international cooperation institutions, as well as many social and economic actors representing 67 countries from various regions of the world.

The event focused on the appropriate instruments for creating and promoting public-private partnerships at the local level. It included debates on the interaction between the public sector, civil society and the private sector and on decentralization policies.
