We are getting closer to the celebration of the VI World Forum on Local Economic Development and we want to share with you a preview of the tentative program so you can prepare to live an incredible experience.

Below, we present a preview of the activities we have prepared for you:

The kick-off of the Forum will take place on the morning of April 1, where we will enjoy various sessions dedicated to sharing territorial circular economy initiatives, exchanging ideas about the generation of territorial pacts for employment promotion, and keys to the Intermediate Cities Forum for Local Economic Development. In the afternoon, topics such as energy transition and the internationalization of micro and small enterprises will be addressed, culminating with the official opening ceremony.

|
On Wednesday, April 2, discussions will focus on subnational policies for local economic development, financing ecosystems, and the informal economy. Additionally, cross-border cooperation strategies and innovative models of agencies for territorial cohesion will be explored.
|
|
|
|
On Thursday, April 3, topics such as strengthening local capacities, experiences of energy communities, and the role of the social and solidarity economy in care will be discussed. The forum will conclude on Friday, April 4, with a cultural program and technical visits for participants. Check out each session and detail in the program!
