Organizers

This event was organised by a National Organizing Committee, including the Red-ADELCO, the Government of Colombia, the Gobernacion del Atlantico, National Federation of Departments, EU delegation in Colombia and UNDP Colombia; and was supported by an Executive Committee comprising the association of United Cities and Local Governments, Organization of Regions United, the United Nations Development Programme, the International Labour Organization, as well as the Andalusian Fund of Municipalities for International Solidarity, the Government of Cabe Verde and the City of Turin.
