The 2nd Forum brought together 4.000 delegates of local, regional and national governments, multilateral organizations, academia, the private sector, institutions of international cooperation, as well as many social and economic actors representing 67 countries from diverse regions of the world.
The event focused on appropriate instruments for creating and fostering public-private partnerships at the local level. It included discussions on the interaction between the public sector, civil society and the private sector and on decentralization policies.
